The Young Country exhibition continues at Taupō Museum to 6 February. If you’re there, check out (and maybe add to) the work in the adjacent ‘Taupōetry’ show, which invites gallery visitors to respond with poems and drawings to contemporary photographs relating to the region, and to Rowley Habib’s poem “Hurry summer”.
The exhibition will be shown next at Forrester Gallery, Oamaru, from 19 February to 26 March. I’ll be giving a free talk and reading there at 5.30pm, Tuesday 21 February – all welcome.
